- 病院や外来、歯科医や薬局を含む医療機関
- 長期療養施設
- 公共交通機関、タクシー、ライドシェア（連邦政府による規定）
- 刑務所
- 民間企業や地方政府機関などが個別に従業員・利用客・住民にマスク着用義務を設ける場合
